just because i sound pedantic, and because my sentences are long-ng-ng, and because i tend to repeat myself. and because i love subordinate clauses, dashes, colons and semicolons...but can't place a good declarative statement without making it sound like...some kind of ultimatum. oh, and i start all my sentences with "I", but how does one not do that? otherwise, i go passive voice. argh. :) nothing more dramatic than this.
